1. Introduction

Welcome to MNL Tours! By booking a
tour with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Please read them carefully as they contain important information about your
rights and obligations.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from MNL Tours. A confirmation email will be sent after you provide the required details and accept these Terms and Conditions.

2.2 Payment Options: Tours can be reserved for free. Alternatively, you can pay in full at the time of booking to receive a 10% discount.

2.3 Currency: All payments are processed in GBP (£).

2.4 Newsletter Discount: The addional 10% discount for signing up to the MNL Tours newsletter is only valid for bookings paid in full at the time of booking. The standard refund policy remains applicable.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Customer Cancellations:

Cancellations made more than 5 days before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 5 days of the tour start date.

3.2 MNL Tours Cancellations: In the unlikely event that MNL Tours needs to cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Tour Changes

4.1 Modifications by MNL Tours: MNL Tours reserves the right to make minor changes to the tour itinerary due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control.

4.2 Customer Requests: Customization requests made after the booking may be accommodated at the discretion of MNL Tours and may involve additional fees.

5. Liability

5.1 Responsibility: MNL Tours is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tour. Travelers are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for their protection.

5.2 Third-Party Services: MNL Tours may collaborate with third-party providers (e.g., transport or food services). While we vet our partners, we are not responsible for their actions or omissions.

6. Travel Requirements

6.1 Passport and Visas: It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have valid travel documents (e.g., passports, visas) if required.

6.2 Accessibility: Some tours may not be suitable for individuals with mobility challenges. Please notify us during booking for any specific requirements.

7. Conduct

7.1 Behavior: Travelers are expected to behave respectfully and follow the guide’s instructions at all times. MNL Tours reserves the right to remove individuals from the tour without a refund for disruptive or dangerous behavior.

7.2 Damage: Any damage caused to vehicles, property, or attractions by a traveler will be the sole responsibility of that traveler, and they may be liable for costs incurred.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1 Personal Data: MNL Tours collects and processes your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information will only be used for booking and tour-related purposes.

9. Force Majeure MNL Tours shall not be held liable for failure to provide services due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or pandemics.

10. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
