Your MNL Tours driver picks you up at 8am directly from your hotel and sets off for Lacock.  Lacock is a pretty village dating back to the 13th century and almost feels like a film set itself.  We visit Lacock Abbey, founded in 1232, whose cloisters house multiple filming locations from the films including the Hogwarts corridors, Snapes Classroom, Quirells classroom and the room where the Mirror of Erised scenes were filmed.

If that was not enough, the quaint village is also home to a few other filming locations which we walk between and have plenty of time for photos

- Harry's parents house where they were brutally murdered by Lord Voldemort (ooops spoiler!)

- The Budleigh Baberton scenes, where Harry and Dumbledore apperate to visit Professor Slughorn

- Slughorns House

We then have lunch in one of the village's traditional pubs before heading off to Oxford.  Oxford is an amazing city, well worth a full day visit even if you are not a Harry Potter fan, but we concentrate our visit on all things magical.

We visit Christ Church, where you can walk the staircase where the students first met McGonagall when they first arrived at Hogwarts in the first film.  There are also more hallways here that were used for scenes at Hogwarts.  We also visit the dining hall, whilst no filming actually took place here, this was very uch the inspiration for the Great Hall.

At the New College Cloisters, we see the location where Harry comes head to head with Malfoy who is sitting on a huge Oak Tree and whee Malfoy is then turned into a ferrett by Mad Eye Moody.

Then at the Bodleian library, we visit the Divinity School, which was used as the hospital ward in the first film.

Feeling very magical we return to London in our very own Knight Bus (Our luxury MPV)
